1 Chronicles 3:10-6:30
Were humans designed to only be the vegetarian extremists called vegans? Most diet fads, of recent, would lean (no pun intended) that way but what is the answer? Is plant-based living the true solution? Are the climate-change eco-terrorists correct?
A recent article from the Daily Mail delves into the foray of vegan diets! The article, "One of the key concerns with being vegetarian has been the nutrients and nourishment that vegetables alone cannot provide. Veganism appears to strip away any hope of a healthy life." ( link here) provides valuable insight into this deadly trend.
The effects of Veganism are of no small matter: 1) bone fractures; 2) anemia; 3) stroke; 4) depression; and 5) hair loss. Most of these effects have severe negative consequences that are not easily remedied. Avoiding the diet altogether is the fastest way to being the body healing itself.
"Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is a bone disease. People with OI have fragile bones that break easily, often with no apparent cause. Another name for OI is brittle bone disease." Cleveland Clinic.
The article states that there is no apparent cause but it’s clear that the perpetrator is mild to extreme Veganism. Sadly, this dangerous trend has even found its way into biblical diets constructed out of context. The most familiar is the Daniel Diet!.
The proponents of this diet look at the first chapter of Daniel and extrapolate a diet that has caused more harm than health. Are there advantages to a diet based on fruits and vegetables? Most likely in short term periods. This is the context of Daniel 1. The Bible does not state if this was a recurring pattern of living before and after captivity. If there was a mandate for a vegan lifestyle, would it have not been established and dictated in the Garden of Eden, the first all you can eat vegan restaurant?
The Bible is far from being obtuse when it comes to revealing what is important and what is specifically a law. It is very difficult to misinterpret, Do not steal!" That being said, why is there no clear direction of veganism in the Bible?
If God wanted humans to have plant-based burgers, why do we not have burger trees? Nowhere in the Bible is this abominable practice recorded. Veganism is not natural by design and it negatively affects humans. The vegan ideology is a constipated movement that erodes the fundamental physiology of its adherents.
All foods are deemed clean by the Apostle Paul (Romans 14:20). Obviously, there are foods that cannot be consumed by every. Hence, allergic reactions.
In the, Daily Mail, article, the reason that many flock to a vegan diet because of the ambiguous/incomplete reports that link red meats to cancer. Where is the research that confirms that it was the actual meats? Yet, we ignore all the data from GMOs that are used to create most of the foods consumed by vegans and feed to livestock. The problems are in the plant-based products that are unnaturally made. They are documented to be worse for the health of all that consume them.
Veganism causing anemia is very alarming and a highly-probably catalyst for heart failure in most patients in the last few years, especially during the pandemic! Iron and vitamin B12 are found in most natural meats. It would be interesting to get the number of victims of COVID and COVID-19 vaccine injuries to see what percentage were vegans.
Hair loss and depression are other effects of being a vegan. It is clear that the proclaimed benefits do not outweigh the harm that is causes. At the end of the day, do the research for yourself before it is too late. Why? The vegan ideology is a constipated movement that erodes the fundamental physiology of its adherents.
